Small-Scale Furniture Upholstery
For the purposes of Cape Cod Upholstery Shop only, I define the term “small-scale furniture upholstery” as upholstered furniture ranging in size from your basic dining room seats up to a wing chair sized chair.

Why Small-Scale
Cape Cod Upholstery Shop is a one person shop. I’m also in my fifth decade of being a furniture upholsterer. Large pieces of furniture simply requires too much labor for one person. By keeping the projects smaller, I can complete more projects. Smaller projects will allow me to continue doing upholstery work for years to come.

Examples of furniture that I upholster, but not limited to: dining room seats, bar stools, ottomans, Martha Washington style chairs, parson chairs, Mid Century Modern, small wing chairs and cushion fabrication.

Work We No Longer Do
Cape Cod Upholstery Shop no longer works on fully upholstered sofas, loveseats, full size and overstuffed living room style chairs. There is simply too much labor involved for a one person shop.
